How We Got Here

Born in a butcher shop, NOTHIN. Started with a simple idea, real food shouldn’t be complicated. Two brothers working every day with some of the best Grass Fed, Free Range, and locally sourced produce in Australia  we struggled to find SNACKS that met our standards, so we made our own.

Our commitment to quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our standard is simple, do it properly or don’t do it at all. Every bite is clean, honest, and full of flavour that delivers.

Owning and running one of Victoria’s largest Whole Carcass Butcher Shops gives us a unique advantage. Every product is tested in the real world, on the shelves of our store, trusted by more than 2,000 customers every single week. This means we don’t just launch products, we prove them.
