Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays). During busy periods or product launches, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you can’t find your confirmation, please check your junk folder before contacting us at info@nothin.com.au.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Parcels

At checkout, you’ll see the option to add shipping protection. This covers your order against damage, loss, or theft in transit. Without protection, we can’t assist with claims once your parcel has left our warehouse. All orders are the responsibility of the customer once they’ve left our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Australia

We ship directly from our warehouse in Melbourne using Australia Post. Standard and Express services are available, rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

International

We don’t currently offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within Australia.

Shipping Delays

We aim to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframe, but carrier delays can occur outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking and contact the carrier directly.

Lost Packages

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they leave our warehouse. If you suspect your package is lost, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help you track it down. In the rare case an order is lost, a claim must be made directly with the carrier.

Incorrect / Change of Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@nothin.com.au - once an order has shipped, changes can’t be made and any redirection or resending costs will be your responsibility.

Pickups

We don’t currently offer click and collect or in person pickups.
